Arkansas isn’t the only real state prison technique in America grappling by using a K2 problem. Earlier this year, an internal audit of increasing inmate mortality charges in Florida’s condition prison facilities concluded that the uptick was joined, in part, to overdoses on artificial cannabinoids.
